Refund and Cancellation Policy
Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to your legal rights.
Cancel through Manage Membership to stop future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund.
To request a refund, use Feedback & Bugs with your account email and relevant payment date. We review requests case by case; a request does not guarantee a refund. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
The Buy Me A Coffee link opens an external creator-support service. It is separate from report access and does not unlock a paid Dynasty Degens plan. Any contribution is handled under the terms shown by that external service.
If you have a question about a payment you believe relates to Dynasty Degens, use Feedback & Bugs and describe the service and approximate date. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or banking credentials.
